Which session should I start with?
The Work with Sonia page helps you see which one fits where you are. If you are still unsure, book the free conversation and we find it together.
In person or online?
Both. Sessions take place in the Bex area, Canton Vaud, Switzerland, or online worldwide.
Which languages?
English, German, Swiss German and French.
Is it covered by health insurance?
Not in Switzerland at present. If you live in the UK, I can refer you to a colleague whose sessions may be covered.
Are sessions recorded?
Yes. Every session is recorded, and you receive a download link for your own use. I keep my copy for 15 months, then delete it. The free group Soul Journey is live only and not recorded.
What if I need to cancel?
Let me know at least 48 hours before, and we move or cancel your session. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full, though life happens and I make room for exceptions. Between Lives in person needs 7 days' notice. All details are in the Booking policy.
How do I pay?
In advance, in Swiss francs: bank transfer with a Swiss QR code, TWINT, Revolut or card. Soul Mentoring can also be paid in 3 monthly instalments.
How do I prepare?
For Regression Therapy, Between Lives Regression and Soul Mentoring, I send you a questionnaire after booking. Please fill it in and send it back to me before our session. For a Higher Self Guidance Session, all you need is a quiet place where you won't be disturbed.
I'm already in therapy. Can I still come?
Often, yes. My sessions complement medical or psychological care; they don't replace it. Please keep working with your doctor or therapist, and tell me about it in the free conversation. During an acute crisis or after a recent psychiatric episode, I will help you find the right support first.
Do you give talks or interviews?
Yes: talks, podcasts and conferences on regression therapy, past lives, the life between lives and channeling, in English, German or French. Choose "Talks, podcasts or press" in the form. See past talks.
