What can be achieved with Between Lives Spiritual Regression?
In a Between Lives Spiritual Regression you access through deep trance the soul memories at the point just before this lifetime, where your soul has made the decisions and plannings for this reincarnation. The experience is often life changing. Going through death and experiencing coming home to source can be very intense and beautiful. It is a session, where we follow your Higher Self back to your most recent past life and from there, travel with your soul to the space between lives. We will explore where and how and with whom you decided this life time. You get a chance to not only see and feel what this planning was like, but also to ask questions to higher frequency beings, called “The Elders”. The questions will be asked during the last part of the session, as they will bring you out of your journey and into the consciousness of the Eternal Now. It is a channeling experience, where you are fully aware of what is being said to you and will remember everything after the session.
Some clients want to meet their Spirit Guides, and this might be the first time they get to do so consciously. Others are seeking to meet with their soul families and again others just want to reconnect to where they are originally coming from.
What does a Between Lives Spiritual Regression look like?
The sessions require deep trance and are not recommended for beginners who have never experienced trance before. Sonia shares a hypnotic guided meditation for all clients, to best prepare for their session. It is a two consecutive days session, with therapeutic preparation on day one for 3 hours and the spiritual regression on day two for 4 hours. Sonia recommends the session on day one in the evening and the session on day two in the early morning. You will be lying down during the session with your eyes closed. The spiritual regression and access to the between life memories on day 2 will be recorded and available for you for further exploration.
New clients are recommended to book a Soul Journey first, which is a 1.5 hours guided past life meditation. The cost of the Soul Journey will be offered and deducted from the final price, should the client be ready for the Between Lives Regression. The cost of the Soul Journey is CHF 210.
