Come Back Home to Yourself: The Only Relationship You Can Change

Others we cannot influence or control. The relationship they have with themselves and with the world is unique to them, and for them only to decide.

We can simply receive their frequency, see in what way it resonates with ours, and decide in what way we want to engage, or not, in the new relationship that forms by itself. There is nothing to do, nothing to push, nothing to nurture. The connection between two beings nourishes itself through the constant feed of energy coming from each one of us.

That constant feed of energy is the only thing we can actively engage in, influence and change: our own energy, our own being. And as we change ourselves, the relationship changes automatically.

So there is nothing else to do but to live consciously in our own being: aware of our energy, our body, our soul, our emotions. And the moment we come in touch with another living being, we can be aware of the resonance between us, and make our decisions from that awareness.

Why it always leads to war

When there are several relationships, a communal relationship forms, and many smaller ones within it. Humanity has tried for centuries to structure, organise and control these communal relationships. It never worked, and it never will. It always leads to war: a public war, a small war in a community, and always a war within ourselves.

The war within comes from the idea that we can, and have to, influence any relationship other than the one with ourselves. We are taking a job outside that has nothing to do out there. That awareness belongs within, with our own being. By taking it outside, engaging in stories and wars around us, we keep feeding those wars, and we miss out on our own attention.

In that moment there is war inside us. There is the part of us that has gone out, that has left home. And there is home, frantically calling for it to come back.

Home gets lost without its keeper. Empty, it slowly breaks down, because it only lives through our awareness, and awareness lives within. Home can only stay alive when the keeper stays in it. When we leave our home, we turn ourselves into phantoms: bodies walking around without spirit. And why? Because we have left home to clean up outside.

We cannot clean up outside. It is out of our control. We don't have the right to do it, we don't have the force to do it, and there is no tool within us for it.

Your soul always remains sovereign

Imagine someone coming into your life, trying to control it and to decide what you have to do, and how, and when. Of course you can decide to follow that control for a while, and maybe you do. But that control has zero influence on your own being, on your home and on your soul.

Your soul always remains sovereign, even if your spirit gets caught in the games and plays of this earth. So the day you wake up to your soul again, you have the power to shift your frequency in that exact moment, and no one and nothing can stop you. You can do it without moving a limb or opening an eye. The sovereignty over your energetic frequency lies one hundred per cent in your own hands.

This is what the great masters achieved. Even imprisoned, even tortured to death, they created a peace within. They may have left this world in suffering and pain, but in the moment they brought their soul back home, they left in peace, and nothing and no one could take that away from them.

Coming back home

The first step to bring our soul home is to accept and realise that the only relationship we will ever truly engage in is the one with ourselves. Everything else is, and should be, out of our control and influence. It is an active and conscious process: wanting to clean only inside our own house. It takes discipline and active engagement.

And while we are coming back home, our emotions will go quite frantic. They have finally found their owner back in the house, and finally someone sees them and will listen. In other words, all our shadows will come up and show themselves to us.

It's a difficult time, and a real test to stay home: to invite back in everything we swept out of our home while we were looking outside and neglecting the inside. All of it will want to come back, maybe all at once.

The good news is that there is nothing we can't handle. It has all been there already. There are no new feelings or dynamics, so to speak. We have known them all along, just not within. We thought they were outside, when really we were only looking at, and engaging with, the very same things on the outside, things we can only change on the inside.

Peace within

The result of this conscious, engaged process of bringing awareness inside is peace. When the keeper of our home has finally understood and found its place, the only place where it can unlock its full potential and more power than it ever imagined, there will be peace within.

We are indescribably powerful when we stay home, aligned with our soul. Nothing can shake us, and everything can change in an instant.

Every individual's place in a war is home. We can choose to disengage, because we are not interested in creating war, and we are no longer interested in feeding the war outside of us. We can create peace within.

The frequency of peace is all-encompassing. It is stronger and more powerful than anything else. For someone in that frequency there is nothing left to do but to be, and everything around them naturally and automatically comes into resonance with it.

My only and deepest wish for humanity is for each and every one of us to create peace within, and to come back home.
